Diamonds to 10

You will only be using the ace to 10 of Diamonds, so take these cards and put the rest aside.

Mix the 10 cards, and place them face down on the table.

Turn over the top card of the pile.

You are going to see how quickly you can say the number – but you’re not going to call out the number you can see! Instead you need to call out the number you need to add to make 10.

For example, when a 6 is turned up… the player must call “Four” (because 6 + 4 = 10).

• if you see a 9 you call “One” (9 + 1 = 10)
• if you see a 3 you call “Seven” (3 + 7 = 10)
• if you see a 10 you call “Naught” (10 + 0 = 10)

Every time you are right you score a point. Can you get all ten right?
