My Secret Number
Think of a secret number from 0 to 12 and guess it by asking yes-or-no questions, then swap roles.
Write the numbers 0 to 12 on a piece of paper.
Ask your child to secretly choose one of the numbers. Then ask him/her a few questions to find out what the number is. Your child can only answer with ‘yes’ or ‘no’.
You can ask questions such as:
- Is it even?
- Is it more than 6?
- Is it between 4 and 8?
- Does it have a 3 in it?
Once you have guessed the number it is your turn to choose one and you child should ask the questions.
